Who we are

What we collect
- Forms: when you book a demo, join the waitlist or contact us, we collect what you enter (name, work email, company, phone, country, website, industry, catalogue size, message), whether you asked for a free demo model, and your browser’s user-agent.
- Marketing consent: the waitlist and demo forms have an optional, unticked box to receive product news and launch updates by email. We record whether you ticked it, when, and the exact wording you saw. We only send marketing emails if you ticked it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Product materials: customers send product photos, dimensions and sample images so we can build models.
- Basic server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the service you asked about.
- To build, check and host your 3D models.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use your product photos or models to train AI models.
Where it’s stored
The site is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are stored in private cloud storage that only our team can access. Payments, once available, will be processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner. Customer materials are kept for the life of your account and deleted on request after it ends.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@truscale3d.com.
Where we operate
We don’t offer the service in the European Union, the United Kingdom and South Korea.
